If there were to be a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Little Oliver & Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have gone by since your item arrived, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Contact us directly via email for any questions about your return immediately at littleoliverandco@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items will be exchanged for store credit ONLY.

To complete your return, contact us at  littleoliverandco@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.
To return your product, you should email us at littleoliverandco@gmail.com for our return instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then we will issue you a store credit ONLY which you can use for future purchases.
